Hi, I’m Shaun Mapp, the CEO/Founder of TFT.
 

I live in Northamptonshire with my 3 beautiful, healthy girls and a very supportive wife who is my rock.

My trading journey started in January 2020, learning small bits here and there in my spare time. I was a run-down, self-employed plumber who simply wanted to earn enough to live comfortably without working 7 days a week and to be able to afford to take a couple of weeks off a year to enjoy a holiday or two with my family. TFT was created during the first lockdown in 2020 when it became apparent, I was given the luxury of time to really turn this into something special, not just for the couple of holidays for myself, but to help other people, just like me, to make a better life for themselves.
 

I decided to contact Tradesmen in a similar position through social media to see if they wanted to learn with me. Three and a half years on and I have 10 like-minded leaders that help me run TFT. Together, we have built a large community, and partnerships, to help Tradesmen get their time back.
We have achieved so much in such a short period of time, but the part of this I am most proud of is the community we have built. Not just for learning to trade, but for mental health and mindset support. Mental health and mindset are a huge part of trading. I’ve really learned through this journey that good mental health and a positive, healthy mindset is key to all areas of life. There is always someone on hand to listen/help and everyone really pulls together to support each other.
 

We have massive plans for TFT in the coming years and I hope to see you inside our community where everyone helps each other become successful.
